Hibiscus
Thanks to the magazine Living With Style, I was able to get into the kitchen of Hibiscus, one of the top restaurants in london, with chef Claude Bosi. The article will be published in this December’s issue, but couldn’t wait to share this post with you. I had the opportunity during the lunch service to shoot the chef and his brigade, and I can tell you first hand, it is hot! I promise to leave my wool sweater at home next time.

C’est grâce au magazine Plaisirs de vivre que j’ai pu entrer dans les cuisines du chef français Claude Bosi à son restaurant Hibiscus, l’un des meilleurs de Londres. L’article ne sera publier qu’en décembre prochain dans le magazine mais je n’en pouvais plus d’attendre avant de vous partager ce post! C’est donc durant le service du midi que j’ai eu l’occasion de capter le chef et sa brigade en cuisine. Je peux vous dire qu’il fait très chaud à côté des chauffe-plat. Je me promet de laisser mon chandail de laine chez moi la prochaine fois!
